DENVER – ClickFox is privileged to announce the appointment of McKinsey senior partner, Liz Hilton Segel, to the board of directors. Liz’s extensive experience with growth and innovation strategy, omni-channel marketing, analytics and customer experience make her a perfect fit to help steer ClickFox through the business landscape.

Having worked with clients in telecom, media, travel, credit card, and retail, she has a proven track record of helping companies unlock new growth opportunities and transforming those insights into programs that drive new revenue. She will help guide ClickFox to the right markets with their new product suite. Liz leads McKinsey’s Marketing & Sales Practice in the Americas, where she also works closely with the firm’s Telecommunication, Media, Technology Practice. McKinsey has an ownership stake in ClickFox. “We’re at an exciting time where customer experience and analytics are converging in a meaningful way that will change how businesses interact with customers,” says Liz. “We have already seen how companies that build experiences around customer journeys are able to drive growth, cut costs, and boost customer experience.
